Cancellation Policy
At Smooth Learning Driving School, we value both your time and ours. We understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the slot to another student who may be waiting.
If you cancel without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee, which must be paid before your next session. This fee covers the cost of the missed appointment.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we’ll give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time. If we’re unable to find a suitable time, we’ll refund any prepaid lesson fees or packages affected.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we’re committed to finding a fair solution for both parties. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please feel free to reach out to us.
By booking a lesson with Smooth Learning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our cancellation policy.
Learner Responsibilities
Licence: You must hold a valid and current NSW driving licence or a valid overseas licence and carry it with you during each lesson. By booking, you confirm that you do not have any disqualifications, cancellations, suspensions, or pending charges against you in NSW or elsewhere.
Mobile Phones: Please switch off your phone or set it to silent and keep it out of sight during the lesson.
Pick-up and Drop-off: Lessons begin and end at the address provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Behaviour: We reserve the right to end a lesson if you:
- Appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Engage in any form of anti-social behavior, including physical or verbal abuse.
Your safety and the safety of our instructors are our top priorities. If a lesson is terminated due to such circumstances, you will be required to pay the full cost of the lesson.
